Jack Rooney grew up between Villanova, Pennsylvania, and Palm Beach, Florida, giving him a unique perspective on both the northern and southern real estate markets.
Jacks family comes from the sports and entertainment business and Jack has over 30 relatives that live in Palm Beach County. Jack joined Douglas Elliman in September 2022 and has experienced remarkable success out of the Palm Beach office. His dedication and expertise were quickly recognized when he was named Rookie of the Year in 2024.
Jack takes a hands-on approach to serve his discerning clients, combining deep market knowledge with a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Jacks strategic and dynamic approach has earned him a reputation for success in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country.
Notably, Jack represented both the buyer and seller in the third-highest sale on Palm Beach Island in 2025, further cementing his status as a rising star in the industry. Known for showcasing properties at their highest potential, Jack expertly targets qualified buyers, ensures accurate pricing, and negotiates effectively to achieve his clients’ goals. Outside of the office Jack enjoys grilling, boating, slalom water skiing, wake surfing, and spending time with his dog Baxter.
